The platform helps users:

- explore civilian career and business directions that fit their experience and priorities
- build a professional civilian-language CV or US resume
- prepare applications, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles and interviews
- create a practical 90-day transition plan

Users do not need to know whether employment or entrepreneurship is the right route before starting.

## Business-building journey

If business is the right route, the programme also provides a seven-stage journey: Discover, Ideas, Validate, Numbers, Build, Launch and Grow. It includes idea generation, validation, pricing, first-customer planning and a Personal Business Blueprint.
